Refund & Return Policy

CG Fabrication LLC builds made-to-order exhaust headers, turbo kits, and fabrication components. Because every product is built to your specifications, our return policy differs from off-the-shelf retailers.

Made-to-Order Products

Custom-built items (headers, turbo kits, intercooler piping, and other fabricated components) are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors on our part.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 48 hours of purchase, provided fabrication has not yet begun. To cancel, call us at 210-667-9403 or email info@cgfabrications.com with your order number.

Defects & Warranty Claims

Every part is TIG-welded and pressure-tested before shipping. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion. Warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, modification, abuse, or competition use.

Apparel & Merchandise

Unworn apparel and merchandise in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Return Shipping

Approved returns must be shipped to our facility in Saint Hedwig, TX 78152. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
